Worked from home today

The new wireless cycle computer arrived a rather nice VDO X3DW with Wireless Cadence, It all fitted rather nicely and worked straight out of the box

I eventually got of my ass, got changed, set the rollers up, put the Suferfest Revolver on the computer (I needed a little motivation)…Then I got going!

I’m not sure why I was dreading it so much, I actually enjoyed it!

It was so much more stable on the rollers without the aero-bars – I never got round to fitting them back on the bike after the carbon frame upgrade.

The cycle computer had the session as 25.04 miles in 1 hour 11 minutes with an average speed of 21.06 mph and an average cadence of 96  and a max cadence of 132.
